AdBlue tanks

AdBlue - is 32,5 percent pure urea solution, which is used in trucks with SCR technology. Thanks to this technology less harmful nitrogen oxide compounds spread into the environment, it also reduces fuel consumption. Manufactured in accordance with DIN70070 quality standard. AdBlue requires special equipment for its storage and dispensation.

We can offer you container system and plactic tanks for AdBlue storage.

MetroBulk container system for AdBlue storage and dispensation:

Fuel dispenser is mounted in the special container for outside use.

Container:
   - isolated plastic wall construction (3cm);
   - container heating (winter season);
   - container ventilation (summer season);
   - interior lighting.		 Tank:
   - Overfill prevention system;
   - Leakage warning device;
   - fuel level gauge.		 Dispenser:
   - pump for AdBlue;
   - flow-rate: 30 l/min;
   - Voltage: 230 V / 50 Hz / 550 W;
   - 4 m. hose with automatic nozzle for usage during winter;
   - LCD indication.

This system consists of: electronic meter K24, pump, hose with automatic nozzle, wireless level gauge with bund and overfill warning alarm, heating device, double walled tank.

On request: 2" fill connection, overfill prevention device, fuel level gauge with data transfer possibility.
